Toronto Raptors head coach Sam Mitchell, second from left, is
restrained by two referees after Raptors guard T.J. Ford was injured on
a flagrant foul by Atlanta Hawks' Al Horford (15) in the fourth quarter
of a game Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2007, in Atlanta. Ford hit his
head on the floor, was placed on a stretcher and taken to an area
